We have sadly just returned from a 4 day trip to Benidorm, which was amazing, and helped so much by Vernon at Vernon’s rentals . The apartment was spot on and he was there waiting to welcome us with the keys , he also helped with recommending transfers , which was great too . We will definitely be using him again and recommend ing him to friends and family.

Had a fantastic time away last week in Benidorm. Had contacted Vernon a few months before our visit with a request for accommodation for 5 adults and 1 child. We were provided with an amazing apartment on Levante beach. Apartment was really spacious, comfortable and clean and came at a really affordable price.
Vernon was fast, efficient and friendly. Security deposit returned less than 48 hours after arrival back home.
Would not hesitate to recommend Vernon to others and I will certainly be in touch with him to arrange accommodation for my next visit.

Just had 4 nights in 1 of Vernon Pritchett apartments. 7 of us in a 4 bed apartment (formerly 2 apartments) on the front. Very spacious, we weren't tripping over each other.

Contact over messenger was very easy and quick, he recommended a transfer and met us on arrival with keys.

Our pick up was at 4pm but because nobody was in the apartment after us he let us keep it on for an extra €30.

Vernon phoned me day before we were due 2 leave 2 c if everything had been OK and i asked if it was possible 4 him 2 contact the transfer company with a more accurate pick up time, which he did and phoned me straight back with confirmation.

The deposit was put back into my account within 2 days of returning.

Excellent service, would defo use Vernon again and would highly recommend.
