Had a great timeJust back from the Sol Pelicanos and we had a great time, location is great for the beach and the start of the strip. Our room and bed was very comfortable and nice and clean. We stayed full board and the food was delicious, pool is the best ever, staff were courteous and friendly, this was our 3rd visit and we can't wait to go back...cannot relate at all to the negative comments.... We would highly recommend this hotel x

Rooms datedLast time we stayed dated room miserable staff in dining room, bar staff same, long queue at reception, food not great, lots of stag dos so noisy only good thing is the pool area there are lots of nicer hotels in Benidorm and it’s about 30-40 minutes walk to old town depending on what speed you walk hope this helps everyone has there own opinions

It’s seen better days room and food wise. Still has best pool in Benidorm, is close to nightlife and a 20min walk to old town (or €6 taxi) -

Stopped in it last 3 yrs and booked again for oct , it’s not the best or worst, it’s clean rooms are ok and in a good location you get what you pay for.

I've just come back, it's not awful but I wouldn't go back..
The pool is amazing, apart from ppl started queuing at 7am for sunbeds, pool don't open till 9am.
Rooms definitely need a re vamp we had 2 water leaks in our room, reported it no one came, very basic rooms.. if need kettle 12 euros a week...but minutes from strip, 2 streets from beach...

Sol Pelicanos been twice. Last time very strict about you buying water or drinks anywhere else and taking them to the pool. They wait b4 the pool to check. Also no inflatables and you cannot eat on your sunbed! You have to go and eat at the tables! Other than that lovely pool and food was good and great location. -
Over all a good standard hotelStayed here last week . Band b. Breakfast buffet style above average no dramas, rooms clean and tidy , air con could be better x get up early to queue for space round big pool . Sat on my own in queue for an hour was bliss . Just chilled out . Over all a good standard hotel for any clientele

I’m just back last week, I stayed bed & breakfast , breakfast was nice, I was in Pelicanos pool view room, it was lovely but reception are so slow, strict at pool about eating/drinking own food, lifts are slow , pool bar food was ok

Lovely poolJust got back from pelicanos.
The best thing about the hotel is the pool.
Unfortunately the toilets at the pool were not very clean, but it's not far to go to use the indoor ones. Everything else was immaculate.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, with the possible exception of the pool area barstaff.
The food was fine. There was always something you would like.
I stayed at a magic hotel last year and found the pelicanos to be 100% better.
Add to that, it's right on the doorstep to the entertainment, I would definitely return -

Very disappointed overallI was there 2 weeks ago and had a great view of the large pool. Hotel in a great location. Still wouldn’t go back there, food horrible, free for all in dining area, very small single room but clean, whole hotel looks very tired and shabby. Had to pay to hire a kettle and pay a refundable deposit on it. Have stayed there a few times over the years, needs updating. Not one of Benidorm’s top hotels any more but still top price, was very disappointed overall but might just be me 🤷♀️
