We literally just arrived home from there, we stayed a week and didn't struggle to get a sunbed at anytime of day, they have 2 pools, one for babies and smaller children and a bigger one, one thing I will say is don't sit on the loungers directly over the drains as there is a bad smell coming from them.

Overall though we had a great stay, only went b&b but there was plenty of options to suit everyone, cant comment on lunch and dinner options unfortunately.

Rooms were lovely and clean, towels changed daily and the air-conditioning is fab, really appreciated that in the August heat.

Location great, only 2 mins uphill walk from main street that connects you to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the beachfront.

Nice hotel and would like to say we enjoyed our recent stay , but noisy at night with people walking corridors etc, thinking they are still in karaoke bars .

Nice hotel and staff , stayed bed and breakfast and that was ok. Hotel guests generate a lot of noise, groups of people, hen & stag groups etc . Would I stay again ? Probably not

Stayed in october was great location for stars bar corner bar tropical bar..and only 5 mins to flash hotel calypso bar morgans. Food not great. Pool area fab

I stayed here a few days ago the staff were lovely the whole place is very clean it is up a little hill but manageable the food was edible the drinks are great if you get the weather the pools are lovely .. we had a fridge in our room a kettle a hairdryer and shower gel and shampoo the only downside is only one side of the hotel had balconies and we were not on that side … close to strip bars shops and beach would highly recommend

We have left a few reviews but people will jump to comments just to see.
The hotel is basic but everywhere is cleaned daily and staff are always friendly and helpful.
The beds are quite firm and the showers are powerful enough to jump off the hook on the wall 🤣
If on a coach you will be dropped at the dynastic (bit of a hill to get up) if smaller mini bus or car you can get to the entrance.
Food is the usual all inclusive. Drinks are decent.
The only major downside for us is no fridge in rooms but reception will chill medications, baby milk etc if needed. There is also a vending machine in reception for cold drinks.
We visit often.. it’s basic but does the job to shower and sleep in

We’ve been a couple of times and loved it.
2 great pool areas. Clean, food and drink good.
Great location. No hill just a small incline.
For the price it’s excellent!

Clean. Very basic. The all inclusive drink is the cheapest of cheap. The food was mediocre. Small pool. It's a budget hotel.

3rd time this year staying there , drinks are good , proper Pepsi so the alcohol don't matter . Food ok always something to eat and I'm a fussy eaters. Close to center like 10 min walk but far enough away you get sleep in the nights . There is a bit off a hill to go up but not too bad and I got joint issues but I mange it . Bottom pool has sun all day but is cold . Rooms spotless . Stuff lovely treat them with respect and they go over and above for you . It's not a 5* hotel so don't expect it to be . But I think it's good value for money 💰

We went last year we loved it great value for money and quite central

Stayed for 5 nights all inclusive. Food was reasonable at meal times but snacks only available twice a day for 2 hrs and only included burgers, hotdogs or toasties. No fridge or kettle in room. Good points were rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Some staff were nice while others really needed some training in customer service to the point of being rude. Won't be in a hurry to return to this particular hotel

I stayed here last August firstly on arrival we had to walk up the hill with luggage as they drop you off down the bottom across from the Dynastic not for the faint-hearted or like me disabled, we didn't get a sea view which didn't matter as our room didn't have a balcony we were at the rear of the hotel nowhere to dry beach towels etc we had to make a makeshift washing line in front of the windows,

Meals were average with a small dining room constantly being rearranged at meal times to cater for different size seating groups, entertainment was very-basic,

If your taking medication that needs to stay in a fridge it has to go into the fridge at reception as there are no fridges in some of the rooms, overall I've stayed in a lot better... 5/10

Going tomorrow same hotel for the 5th time all inclusive staff are great rooms ok depending on who’s staying can get rowdy but it is Benidorm.

Deb Jones - I’ve just come back from 10 days there. The food is very hit and miss we ate out quite a lot and yes take ear plugs the noise is bad walls paper thin. But have a great time
