Hello Hazel. You helped me back in March with process of retrieving a bag I left at Alicante airport which ended up in lost property. I just got my bag back following the process. Just letting people know that it cost me 175 Euro. It transpires that lost property deal with just one courier that has the monopoly on charges. There was nothing of any value in the bag and it weighed less than 5kg. Expensive mistake my me and lesson to keep hold of my bag and travel light. Best Wishes Sue
