Just back yesterday from a week away at hotel Port Benidorm ✈️
Great hotel fab location spotlessly clean throughout always smelt fresh wherever comfy beds , quiet rooms + we had a beautiful sea view room .

Staff friendly , Some of the food didn’t really go together but always managed to find something good to eat.
Hotel DOES NOT advertise that the all inclusive you are entitled to branded spirits Smirnoff , Gordon’s + Bacardi etc
We only found this out by chance on the day before coming home !!! Ask for branded !!!!!!
If you wanted a cocktail or a slush puppy you either had to pay or have their only drink of “Cocktail of the day”
Also cannot ask for a toastie or other simple things at the pool bar snack bar also have to pay ??? Why
A lot of people on here moan about the lifts they are no problems with these at all yes it gets busy at meal times but all you need to do is press on the key pad your floor number + it tells you what letter of lift to get in A/B/C/D etc
Bathrooms are abit to be desired pure glass see through not lockable no privacy what so ever glass needs frosting / covering .

Overall great hotel / location ,
